We're looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to support our accounting operations.

This role focuses on handling more complex reconciliations, supporting the close process, and helping ensure consistency and accuracy across accounting workflows. You'll work closely with the Accounting Supervisor and leadership while also serving as a reliable resource for the team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle more complex reconciliations across settlement accounts, ACH, wires, and processor activity
• Prepare and review journal entries and reconciliations for accuracy and completeness
• Support month-end and quarter-end close processes
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve issues related to settlement or billing activity
• Review reports and identify unusual trends or inconsistencies
• Assist in improving organization and consistency across accounting workflows
• Support junior team members by answering questions and helping troubleshoot issues
• Assist with audit requests and reporting as needed

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Strong understanding of reconciliations, general ledger, and close processes
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets
• Experience in high-volume or transaction-heavy environments (payments/fintech is a plus)
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
• Strong communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

SALARY:

This role includes biannual profit-sharing bonuses as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, dental, retirement planning, and other benefits.

• Salary range: $65,000 - $75,000
• Salary including biannual profit-sharing bonus and comprehensive benefits program range (annualized): $73,725 - $ 97,725

LOCATION: This role requires the employee to work fully onsite at our Anaheim Hills location.
